The area is known for its beautiful beaches, especially La Mine d'Or with its golden cliffs and rugged coast. Enjoy water sports like sailing and paddleboarding, or try mussel picking. The GR34 hiking trail is nearby for walking enthusiasts. A Lila Presqu’île shuttle stops 50 m from the house, connecting you by bus to Le Croisic, Mesquer, Piriac, La Turballe, Guérande, Batz-sur-Mer, Le Pouliguen, La Baule and Pornichet. A hiking trail starts right outside the house. There is one parking space on the property, free street parking, and a garage space. Families with children are welcome.
